An Update from Kentucky Medicaid's 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services Waiver Programs

The Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) hopes this email finds all of our 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver stakeholders well as all of us in the Commonwealth continue to navigate this challenging time. DMS has made several temporary updates to the 1915(c) HCBS waivers during the past several weeks and we want to provide all stakeholders with a summary.
