Good Afternoon,

There is a lot of information out there regarding when and how to get a COVID-19 vaccine. The Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) created a guide to help waiver participants, caregivers, and providers who wish to receive the vaccine. The Guide to Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine is designed to summarize information regarding vaccine phases, how to find a vaccination clinic or site, and includes information on resources available to help those seeking a vaccine. Guide to Getting a COVID-19 Vaccine

If you have general questions about the COVID-19 vaccine, you can call the Kentucky COVID-19 hotline at (800) 722-5725.

If you have questions about which vaccine phase you are in or how to schedule an appointment, you can call the Kentucky COVID-19 vaccine hotline at (855) 598-2246 or TTY (855) 326-4654.

 Phase 1A, 1B, 1C Kentuckians in the region encouraged to sign up

As of Tuesday, the Frankfort regional site, launched on Feb. 17 in partnership with Kroger, has vaccinated 2,300 Kentuckians. The site is prioritizing Kentuckians 70 and older. Phase 1A, 1B, and 1C individuals in the region are encouraged to sign up for rolling, seven-day appointments at Kroger.com/COVIDVaccine or by calling 866-211-5320.
